Birmingham, the third most significant city in England for industry and commerce, boasts a population of over one million residents.

The building is set to be transformed into a modern workspace offering an advanced work environment. Renovation work is scheduled to begin in 2025 and will span approximately 18 months. The project will adhere to green construction principles, focusing on energy efficiency and the creation of green spaces to enhance tenant well-being.
